Our Education program grows with you and continues at all levels. Whether you're right out of school or an experienced Artisan, we welcome everyone at the Lounge and encourage all of our Artisans and guests to be their authentic selves. Join a team that is built around shared values and goals.
In our 90 days onboarding period, we want you to learn about us, our culture, our systems, and our values. Similarly, we want to use this time to learn about you and what’s important to your success.
For around 6 months, you’ll be improving your technical and experience skills. We focus on you growing as a team member and feeling more comfortable being on the floor.
In the next 6 months, you’ll be paired with an experienced Artisan whose specialties are matched to your interest. It’s an opportunity to grow your technical expertise.
As a blō Out Artisan, you’ll spend around 6 months building trust with our guests, improving your timing, and building your book as you move towards the big chair!
All of our Artisans are fully commission based on our sliding scale so you control how much you take home. We are here to help you continue to grow and achieve your goals!
